Delivery

- As all our goods are sent on a service that requires a signature, please specify a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

UK Delivery

- UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.95 on all orders within mainland UK and N.I (2-3 working days) A signature will be required on delivery. Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £50.

- UK Express Delivery - £6.95 for orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Thurs (1-2 working days). A signature will be required on delivery.

- Standard UK Offshore shipping (Jersey & Guernsey) £3.95

EU Delivery

- STANDARD DELIVERY - £15.00 not including large gift items. (3-5 working days) (For large gift items we will contact you to confirm the carriage charge)

A signature will be required on delivery.

International Delivery

- STANDARD DELIVERY - £30.00 not including large gift items. (3-5 working days) (For large gift items we will contact you to confirm the carriage charge)

A signature will be required on delivery.

Despatch times and notifications.

Our website team dispatches orders on working days only. Any orders placed over the weekend and bank holidays will be sent out during the next working day.

All delivery times (apart from next day delivery) are estimates which can depend on external factors, and should be taken as approximate times only.

We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order has been dispatched, along with your shipping reference number. Orders can be delivered to either a business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery.

In the event that there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, the delivery company will leave a card notifying you as to where they have taken the parcel and how to rearrange delivery or collection from their depot.

However Gringo Fair Trade cannot take responsibility if you are not available to accept deliveries when they arrive or if a notification card is not left in any instance.

We cannot be held responsible if you are not available to accept deliveries when they arrive.

International shipping, taxes & Customs charges.

We can ship to virtually any address in the World - All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Any Customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. Customs and Import charges (if any) must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we're unable to predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, if you have any concerns at all please contact your local customs office. In the event that you wish to return your order, Gringo Fair Trade is unable to refund any import duty or local sales tax you may have incurred.

Returns

FREE UK MAINLAND AND NI RETURNS on clothing & accessories

Hopefully you will be delighted with everything you purchase from us, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you may of course return them to us, free of charge, within 14 days from the date you receive them.

When trying on clothing items, please ensure that you are not wearing transferrable makeup, perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed, or the item is soiled.

Any postage paid will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

uk mainland and ni RETURNS on gifts & homewares

Hopefully you will be delighted with everything you purchase from us, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you may of course return them to us, within 14 days from the date you receive them. At the buyers expense.

Any postage paid will not be refunded.

Please ensure all products for return are well packaged to prevent damages in transit.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale.

Please inform us by email returns@gringofairtrade.com if you are returning an item and we can give you a returns number to put with the parcel.

exchanges

Currently we are not able to offer exchanges, if you have ordered the wrong item/size please follow the instructions on your despatch note to return your unwanted items back to us for a refund and please re-order your preferred item.

Making EU and International returns

To return an item to us, please email returns@gringofairtrade.com and we will send you a returns form which you can fill in online and email back to us. All items must be unused and in their original saleable condition and if possible in the original packaging used to send them to you. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags still attached. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with the returned items.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage of the products to us. We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Tracked Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
