Despatch Times & Notifications

Please note, whilst we make every effort to go above and beyond for our customers, the work life balance of our employees is also of paramount importance to us. Therefore, we process and dispatch orders on working days only.

For us that’s: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 16:30

Any orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day, we thank you for your patience.

We will issue a tracking number as well as email confirmation of your dispatched order, we at Gringo will make every effort to process and dispatch your order as quickly and securely as possible.

However please note we cannot take responsibility if you are not available to accept deliveries when they arrive or if a notification card is not left in any instance.

Additionally, all delivery times are estimates which can depend on external factors and should be taken as approximate times only.

Shipping Information

Domestic:

FREE DELIVERY - on all UK orders over £500 excluding VAT (applied at checkout)

Mainland:

For UK Mainland delivery postage & packaging will be charged at £10.00 per 20kg box.

Highlands & Offshore UK :

Delivery will be charged at different rates, postage applied at checkout.

International:

FREE DELIVERY For orders over £1000 excluding VAT (applied at checkout).

Delivery will be charged at different rates depending on your location with postage applied at checkout. Please get in touch if you would like a breakdown of our international shipping charges.

International Shipping, Taxes & Customs charges

We can ship to virtually any address in the World - If you don't see your country listed please get in touch and we will inform you of the costs.

Any Customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Customs and Import charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we're unable to predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary from country to country, if you have any concerns at all please contact your local customs office.

In the event that you wish to return your order, Gringo Imports is unable to refund any import duty or local sales tax you may have incurred.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase!

However if you are not entirely satisfied, you may of course return them to us in the original packaging, within 7 days from the date you receive them.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage of the products to us. We would strongly recommend that all returns are sent to us by Tracked Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Shortages / Damages :

We must be informed within 7 days of receiving the item, we will advise what action is to be taken, Faulty returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
