FAQ's

Minimum order value and quantities?

Our minimum order value is £100. We’re very flexible on quantities and are happy for retailers to trial products in small numbers.

While you can order single items, we usually recommend starting with a small selection so you can gauge customer interest more accurately.

Do you offer area exclusivity?

Yes! This is actually the reason that new customer accounts must wait to be approved before they can order from us.

Loyalty is hugely important to us and what we do, long standing loyal customers will be granted exclusivity over their local area - determined through a mix of seasonal spend & longevity as a customer.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are processed, packed in and shipped from our UK based (Swansea) warehouse.

Do you have any shops directly?

We don't, we just have our website and the independent shops we supply.

How often do you release new products?

We release two major collections each year - Summer and Winter. Alongside smaller interseason updates. Most of our range is refreshed on a six-month cycle.

Shipping & delivery information

UK: £10 per 20kg box. Orders over £500 ship free.

Ireland: £15 per 20kg box. Orders over £1000 ship free.

Elsewhere: Contact us for international wholesale shipping information.

Does my order come all at once?

If all items are in stock, they can be dispatched together. However, with new season stock arriving from artisan partners across multiple countries, some orders may be fulfilled over several drops.

Unless you request otherwise, we’ll dispatch available stock as it arrives. We only charge shipping per order, not per drop.

Can I see products in person?

Yes, there are a few ways to see the range in person:

1. Visit us at a trade show. We currently exhibit at the NEC Spring and Autumn fairs.

2. Request a visit from our travelling rep, who tours the country with a curated product selection.

3. Visit our Swansea warehouse by appointment. We’re always happy to welcome retailers in person.
