Dispatch Times: Once we receive your order we aim to dispatch it within 2 working days, orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm are often dispatched same day - however we cannot guarantee this. Please allow up to 2 days during busy periods. Orders placed with express shipping will be prioritised during busy periods.

Returns & Delivery Discounts: Our order value–based free delivery offers are based on the final value of items you choose to keep. If returned items reduce your final order total below the qualifying threshold for free or upgraded delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the applicable delivery cost from your refund. This is applied fairly and at our discretion.
